We truly enjoyed partnering with Abundance Health during their Annual BIPOC Health & Wellness Fair! It was incredible to see over 60 vendors coming together to serve the community with vital resources, education, and care. We partnered with Abundance Health for their ‘Let’s Talk About Sex’ seminar, and it was an incredibly informative and impactful event. The session brought together participants of all ages from youth to seniors, and created a safe space for open, honest discussion about sexual health. Abundance Health also offered on-site HIV testing with AIDs HealthCare Foundation for all attendees, ensuring that education was paired with accessible care. I left feeling empowered with valuable information to share within my own communities.

I was facing a serious health issue, and after attending the event ‘Starting in the Kitchen: Taking Control of Your Health,’ I had the opportunity to speak with one of Abundance Health’s nurses. That conversation encouraged me to seek immediate medical attention—and it truly saved my life. Because of Abundance Health’s partnership with the Health & Wellness Ministry at Eastside Assembly of Believers, I am alive today, healthier, and deeply grateful for their commitment to our community’s well-being.

Through participating in the Biggest Loser Challenge with Abundance Health and the Health & Wellness Ministry, I lost 16 pounds in just six weeks. The accountability, encouragement, and genuine support I received were exactly what I needed to stay consistent and make lasting changes. This program has truly helped me take control of my health and build a stronger, healthier version of myself.
