We truly enjoyed partnering with Abundance Health during their Annual BIPOC Health & Wellness Fair! It was incredible to see over 60 vendors coming together to serve the community with vital resources, education, and care. The event was a true one-stop shop; everything the community needed was right there. I’m excited to partner with them again in 2026 and continue supporting this impactful work!
We partnered with Abundance Health for their ‘Let’s Talk About Sex’ seminar, and it was an incredibly informative and impactful event. The session brought together participants of all ages from youth to seniors, and created a safe space for open, honest discussion about sexual health. Abundance Health also offered on-site HIV testing with AIDs HealthCare Foundation for all attendees, ensuring that education was paired with accessible care. I left feeling empowered with valuable information to share within my own communities.
We love partnering with Abundance Health each year. They bring invaluable support, resources, and compassion to our community. Every event they organize is well-planned, professional, and impactful, and their commitment to health equity truly makes a difference. We are grateful for their continued partnership and the positive influence they bring to the people we serve.
The BIPOC Health & Wellness Fair was exactly what I needed. I didn’t have health insurance, and seeing them host this event showed their compassion & love for the community. Because of this event, I obtained health insurance and received screenings that potentially saved my life. I found out that I had diabetes and hypertension. I was also given the next steps in following up with a provider regarding my results. Keep doing what you’re doing in the community!
Tamica has made a powerful and lasting difference in her community through her heart for people and her dedication to health equity. As a young Black woman, wife, and mother of three, she leads with compassion, vision, and determination. Through her nursing company, she provides free healthcare check-ups, wellness advice, and education to BIPOC individuals and families who often face barriers to quality care. Her mission goes beyond medicine; it’s about creating trust, empowerment, and stability within the community she loves. Tamica has built strong partnerships with the Mayor of Tacoma, cabinet members, and local organizations to host an annual community health fair that offers medical services, resources, prizes, and meaningful connections. Her tireless work has inspired so many to get involved, give back, and prioritize their own well-being. Tamica’s kindness, leadership, and unwavering commitment remind me that real change begins with people who care deeply and act boldly. She is for the people, for her community, and truly an example of what it means to lead with purpose.
As someone deeply rooted in faith and community, I’m always looking for businesses that don’t just provide a service but reflect God’s heart in what they do. Abundance Health has done exactly that. They’ve created a safe, empowering space for mental health and wellness, especially for families who often go unheard. Their team brings cultural sensitivity, spiritual awareness, and real tools for healing. I’ve seen firsthand how their services support not just the individual, but the entire household. They don’t just offer services; they help people rediscover hope, purpose, and identity. In a world where our pain is often dismissed, Abundance Health affirms that we deserve to be whole. Their presence in our city is a gift. Their impact is generational.
